What are the skills required to become a web3 Product Manager?
First, let’s understand who is a Web3 PM.
Web3 PMs owns the success of success of the communities rather then focusing on the AARRR metrics.
web3 PMing works on a community-first approach. In web3, if the community — such as the NFT creators, liquidity providers, or software developers — is not successful, you are NGMI.
In order to ensure that the community is successful, web3 PM needs to work on protocol design, understand crypto tokens, user safety, security, growth marketing & community engagement.
