Product Manager’s Scorecard → evaluate & level up your skillset 🚀

As a PM, your strength isn’t a single skill that makes you exceptional. It’s a combination of your domain expertise, passions & experience. It helps you to offer your unique proposition.

PMs can’t excel at all the expected skillsets. Therefore, I have developed a PM scorecard that will aid in self-assessment & thus will assist you to manifest, & showcase, your distinctive value proposition.

Skill gap
Identify the skill which is lacking or trying to build upon from the description. This will clearly help you to call out the areas where you need to take corrective actions.

Rating
Be objective with rating yourself out of ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ for that particular skill set. You can also calculate your overall rating against all the skills.
