Identify the skill which is lacking or trying to build upon from the description. This will clearly help you to call out the areas where you need to take corrective actions.

Be objective with rating yourself out of ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ for that particular skill set. You can also calculate your overall rating against all the skills.
